Love these harnesses.They fit nicely and are quick and easy to use.Great product just an issue with sizing. This is a picture of the small and medium harness. The small is opened to maximum size allowed by harness (small 13”-20” girth size). Medium is opened at smallest allowed (medium 16”- 25”). Please note that the smallest setting “16” on the medium is bigger in girth by 2” than the small on max “20”. Other than sizing great quality! Really hoped the small was small enough. This brand is made by Warner leather, our horses always had their nylon halters and their quality has not diminished.I love the harness itself but it doesn't fit properly! I measured my puppy's girth and it was 22 - so I got a medium. However, the part around the neck is really loose even with it tightened as much as it'll go. I don't know what to do as if I get a small, the girth may be too small?Cannot express how irritated I am. The sizing is way off. The both my sibling dogs girth size is 21”... which is mid range for the medium size harness, which should have worked perfectly. Well... not only is the smallest girth size about 21” (not 16” as stated) ... I can not shorten the front chest strap short enough.... the nylon is also not an inch wide as stated. It is the 3/4 inch width. This caused an additions issue as I had bought the matching 1” leashes..... one from amazon and one from another website because I needed a specific color and length that was out of stock on amazon. Now.... I’m stuck making the decision to buy and return the medium harnesses with amazon and purchase the small ones.... and say my prayers that they fit (since someone doesn’t know how to use a tape measure.) Also... I need to decide if I’m going to make another exchange with a separate website for the other matching leash. All because someone listed everything as the wrong size! Quality seems decent. My pictures clearly show a medium harness is about 21” at its smallest.... and 3/4” width!My dog is very big (85 lb labradoodle) and she is very thick in the chest, i love this harness because it allows me to have control over her without choking her. She is wearing the Large and it just barely fits.This harness is made of thick nylon straps. Each strap is adjustable, so it will fit a large variety of dogs. The color in the photo was true to the actual color. The metal rings where you clip the leash and thick and strong. It appears that our dog is very comfortable in the harness.I originally bought this for my English Springer Spaniel. I measured the dog per the instruction and figured this would easily size down to fit the dog. I was wrong; it was much too gappy on him. It did, however, fit my 80-lb Anatolian Shepard/Great Pyrenees puppy. It wasn't who I originally purchased it for, but I decided to buy another one for the Springer Spaniel.This mint green color is super sharp and the stitching is VERY reflective, even in sunlight/shade. I like the dual sided leash clips. This style is well built and sure beats a choke chain!My pup was able to get her chin under the front strap and chew it in half. I would suggest that this strap be adjustable, so that it could fit tighter and prevent this from happening.Excellent for a golden retriever puppy. Strong, well made and easy to fit on the dog. Have tried several harnesses and this brand is my favourite.Cute & Sturdy, but size down. Item is made bigger than described.
