Have a dog that likes to scratch his bed before laying down. Tore through the plush cover one. Had to buy this one to replace it. However if you have a dog that likes to use their bed as a chew toy, not good. Mine eventually started to use his as a chew toy and tore it up after a few weeks.I am so pleased with this purchase. Our current dog bed cover was starting to tear and had worn holes from my dog’s digging simulations! I ordered the grey replacement cover. It fits our dog bed perfectly. I love it even more than the original cover that came on the dog bed. It’s so nice to be able to unzip and wash when needed. A tip though, I may not put it in the dryer as it could shrink and then may not remain the perfect fit.I've had my dog bed from this company for a little over two years. It was time to change both the inner and outer covers. First, I was absolutely thrilled to find out that they replaced both covers. Secondly, my last inner liner had taken a beating, as I had a sick cat that sadly passed away and spent it's last days on the dog bed, so needless to say, it was time to change both covers after that ordeal.This replacement cover fit wonderfully and I will be ordering again when I need another! If you're not sure what size to buy, go into your purchase history to find out what size dog bed you originally ordered. The size of the inner and outer covers will match the original size of bed that you bought. Hope this helps my fellow Amazon Shoppers!This sturdy replacement cover was super easy to put on the bed. Like brand new and a good value.It did not quite fi our bed, but came close. This is my fault, not the companies. But it does wrok fine. The dogs have not torn up this cover like the original cover.The cover looks durable, but it the bolster part was too small for the bolster from the original bed. I had to take the bolster apart 3 times before I removed enough stuffing to get it to fit inside the cover. Even then it took 2 of us to stuff and zip. I removed about 1.5 pounds of fill to get it to fit. I ordered from the company that made thr original bed, so I thought it would fit without issue.This Dog's bed is for our 5 year old Bull Terrier who has had some surgeries so i bought it originally with the softer cover. Our other 7 month Bull Terrier ripped it to shreds! The older bully loves the bed so i took a chance on this new cover for it. Its perfect! So glad this replacement cover was offered. My surgery girl loves the fabric cause it stays cool and her white hair doesn't stick to it! Plus the younger Bully has not tried to tear it up because of its canvas quality!This replacement cover was a good substitute for the more expensive replacement cover for the Treat My Dog?? bed. However, as others have said, the cover needs a 2-way zipper for the side padding. It was so difficult and frustrating to try to stuff the padding evenly into the side channel. I'm not looking forward to removing the cover to clean it because of this. I hope the company will change the design to include a two-way zipper. Otherwise, it's a good product.Like that it's a British Company and that replacement covers are available. Arrived less than two days ago so haven’t washed it yet, but fabric looks good quality so we’re assuming it will be fineWe have 2 GSDs and one of their beds was the worse for wear after so this is a replacement for one bed - about 1/3 the cost of the previous bed, so that’s a winner. They swap beds frequently, this is a photo of our female - Millie - and both of them seem to move about less when on it so it would seem to be more comfy too, which is the most important thing, especially as they get olderWouldn’t hesitate to buy another when neededDespite what other reviews have said if their dog has ripped it apart, if they rip this apart then the dog is likely to attack anything it dislikes. Mine loves this cover and the bed, spends most of her time in the bed and really likes the fact that she can spread herself out and be fully comfortable (when she's not lying sideward’s in it and with her head off the bed and on the floor - why do they do that?! - LoL). The cover seems well made and strong enough for the job, the booster surrounds are okay, but they do go a little flatter after time which is a shame.The only one big gripe that I have about this cover is the design in how the 'booster' zipper is designed and it isn't that easy to put the booster part back in after you've washed the cover!! Taking the bedding out of the cover can be done by one person, but putting the bedding back in and especially the booster part back in seems to need x2 people to accomplish this task successfully (and it'll ware you out completing the task?!). That's the only reason why I've given the review x3 stars because of the booster cover design zipper arrangement! Otherwise the cover is fine.My wife was hugely sceptical of my purchase of these beds. I bought one initially and then a second one after our 2 dogs were always racing each other to get this particular bed. The dogs certainly approved of my purchase and my wife is now a convert and said I must write a review. Most definitely a recommended purchase from us and most importantly from our dogs!I can't say what the comfort rating is as I don't sleep in it. But my dog looks comfortable in it. Plently of room for him. The thickness seems thin but it is firm. His last bed seemed plump but soon became lumpy after a few washes. As this has removeable covers the fillin should stay in good shape. Happy dog happy days
